Someone or some group (I think the latter) is running the country, and already has been for quite some time. Biden did have some input, but for the most part he deferred to this group. Although Kamala is a lot younger than Biden, I think she’s okay with continuing the process if she’s elected, and with governing mostly as a figurehead who gives speeches now and then as the country continues on its present terrible trajectory.”
